Last Updated: August 14, 2026
By scheduling an appointment through this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are available only during the published business hours.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted through the scheduling platform or directly by the service provider.
The service provider reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel an appointment at any time.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are appreciated.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be recorded as a late cancellation.
- Repeated late cancellations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on future bookings.
3. No-Show Policy
A No-Show occurs when a client:
- Fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice; or
- Arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior communication.
Repeated no-shows may result in:
- Temporary suspension of booking privileges;
- Manual approval for future appointments; or
- Permanent refusal of future appointments.
4. Late Arrival
Appointments begin at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
If the client is excessively late, the appointment may be canceled at the service provider's discretion.
5. Payment Policy
The price per session is $20.00 USD (Twenty Dollars and zero cents). Payment is due immediately after the session concludes.
Accepted payment methods are:
- ATH Móvil
- PayPal
Failure to complete payment promptly may result in suspension of future booking privileges until any outstanding balance has been paid.

The purpose of these sessions is to help clients learn and understand academic concepts.
The service provider will not:

The service provider reserves the right to immediately end a session if these expectations are not met.
8. Recording Policy

- Resolution of disputes or misunderstandings
By participating in a session, clients consent to being recorded.
Recordings will not be publicly distributed or shared except where required by law or with the client's express permission.
9. Minors and Parental/Guardian Consent
Some clients tutored through this platform may be minors (under 18 years of age).
If the client receiving tutoring is a minor, the appointment must be scheduled by that minor's parent, legal guardian, or another adult with the authority to consent on the minor's behalf. Minors should not independently schedule sessions or accept these Terms without a parent or guardian's involvement.
By checking the box to accept these Terms & Conditions during booking, the person submitting the booking represents and confirms that:
- They are the parent or legal guardian of the minor receiving tutoring, or an adult with the authority to provide such consent; and
- They consent, on the minor's behalf, to the minor's participation in the session — including the Recording Policy (Section 8) and Online Meeting Etiquette (Section 7) described above.
The service provider treats the individual who completes the booking as the person responsible for the appointment, including for cancellation, no-show, and payment purposes (see Sections 2, 3, and 5).
10. Communication
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
The service provider is not responsible for missed appointments resulting from incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, spam filters, or failure to monitor appointment notifications.
11. Changes by the Service Provider
The service provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to illness, emergencies, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected clients as soon as possible.
